We reopened on Monday 9th November after Wales’ National Circuit Breaker!

Our gym has been reconfigured to accommodate the new rules for your safety and confidence, so rest assured you are in a great environment when returning to training in November.

Please see our opening hours on our social media pages and the bottom of this page and check out our new video on what our “new normal” will be!

Members must wear a mask on entry and exit to Le Sport but will need to remove it at reception when booking in for identification purposes. Non members wishing to join or view our facilities, as well as Physio clients, MUST wear a face covering in the building.

You DO NOT have to wear face coverings when exercising in the gym. The World Health Organisation (WHO) advises against wearing a face covering when exercising. They say sweat can make a face covering become wet more quickly, making it difficult to breathe, promoting the growth of microorganisms. Instead, the WHO advises maintaining physical distance from others as the key preventative measure which can easily be adhered to at Le Sport. We hope this reassures all members that you can continue to train safely and confidently in our facility.

Le Sport does not have a booking system or training time limit.

Due to the square footage of our building and our maximum capacity, no bookings to use the gym will be required but social distancing MUST be adhered to at all times!

Please see our temporary opening hours at the bottom of our page.

Maximum training group size is 2 (both must be from the same household).

We would like to say a big thank you to those members who kept their direct debits active throughout lockdown.

Your generosity has enabled us to improve the facilities for your return.

From 1st September, memberships went back up to members’ original amounts. If you wish to stay at the £5 holding fee, you must notify us before 15th of the month. Contact us for more info.

We hope you like the changes we have made to our facility!
